The State Council's Administrative Court of Justice has rejected the suitcase filed against Dr Nawal al Saadawi claiming for depriving her from Egyptian nationality. The suitcase filed by a lawyer called Samir Sabry claimed lifting nationality from Al Saadawi for her controversial ideas and thoughts. The Hisham Mubarak Law Center joined the case to defend Al Saadawi's right to express her thoughts. The court handed down that the law doesn't allow lifting nationality for holding controversial thoughts or different creed. Court Rejects Al Saadawi Case
