It is reportedly said that more than 20 people were injured in connection with Borolos demonstrations. The police forces tried to disperse the crowds by  reportedly using tear gas bombs and live and rubber bullets. So, the injuries were varied due to these different ammunitions. These statements have come from people living in Borolos on condition of anonymity for fear of state security retaliation and because the town is still cordoned off.
