Kafr al Sheikh Prosecutor's Office, which interrogated yesterday the 87 people accused of riot actions, has been marred with several legal and constitutional defects. It denied counsels their right to get access to the official documents related to the case or even releasing the defendants' names. More, it refused to release the decision taken. Anyway, the decision was releasing 28 people, their names are to be revealed later, and continuing investigations tomorrow morning.
