The Administrative Court of Justice in Cairo adjourned the suitcase filed by Doctors Without Rights versus the prime minister's decree no 1185/2003 which bans strike action in hospitals. The upcoming court session is to be held on September 1, 2008 for hearing the government's answer. HMLC's lawyers have pleaded the unconstitutionality of articles 192, 194 enshrined in Labor Law no 12/2003.
